Silver Spring, MD – Offering its passionate fans the opportunity to explore their favorite series like never before, Acorn TV announces the launch of the sweepstakes to participate in “The Best of Acorn TV: 7 Day Tour of England” beginning March 1, 2017. This celebration of all things Acorn TV, in conjunction with Transcendent Travel, marks the largest giveaway ever from Acorn TV, the premier North American streamer of world-class television from Britain and beyond. One lucky winner and their guest will receive entry on “The Best of Acorn TV: 7 Day Tour of England” trip taking place from July 10-16, 2017. The tour was offered to Acorn TV subscribers and sold out in just three days. Attendees will have the chance to visit the beautiful and historical production locations for several popular Acorn TV series – Doc Martin, Midsomer Murders, Agatha Christie’s Poirot, Agatha Raisin, and more!

The tour will travel between Windsor, Bath, Cornwall, Sidmouth, Bristol, Oxfordshire, and Dorchester while making stops at Windsor Castle, Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey), Port Isaac (Doc Martin), the Ashton Court Estate (Agatha Raisin) and the Greenway Estate (Agatha Christie’s home). The winner and their guest will stay in deluxe accommodations with superior meals. A couple behind-the-scenes moments are planned and a special surprise guest will be meeting the group at Agatha Christie’s summer home, The Greenway Estate. The sweepstakes includes entry to the tour, hotel accommodations, among many other things. Airfare is not included.

Between Wednesday, March 1 through Friday, March 31, fans can enter through an Acorn TV portal, with one entry per day. No purchase necessary. No subscription required.
